Canada Launches In-Canada Workers Initiative for Permanent Residence

Canada's In-Canada Workers Initiative will expedite permanent residence applications for workers already contributing to the Canadian economy across high-demand sectors and underserved communities. The program aims to address labour shortages while allowing IRCC to continue processing applications for ineligible workers within existing immigration levels.
