• Flight itinerary (round-trip)

  A round-trip reservation covering your full stay — see the booking option below.
• Hotel reservation (full stay)

  A reservation covering every night of your trip — see the booking option below.
• Travel insurance

  Schengen applications require €30,000 in medical coverage, valid across the whole Schengen area for your full stay. See the travel insurance requirements guide.
• Biometric photo

  Standard Schengen spec: 35×45mm, taken within the last 6 months, plain light background. See the visa photo requirements guide.
• Invitation letter or proof of business relationship, if applicable

• Invitation letter from your host, plus their residence permit or ID copy, if applicable
